At MF Dance, we’re passionate about developing confident, capable young people who are ready to step into leadership roles. Our Junior Instructor Program is an exciting opportunity for students aged 10-15 to grow, thrive, and have fun while learning valuable life and teaching skills.

What's Involved

Junior Instructors work closely alongside our experienced MF Dance instructors, gaining real, hands-on experience in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Throughout the program, they will develop in four key areas:

Becoming a Leader – Learn how to lead with confidence and set a positive example.

Inspiring Younger Students – Discover how to motivate and encourage the next generation of dancers.

Safe & Fun Teaching Skills – Gain practical teaching skills focused on creating engaging, supportive, and safe classes.

Personal Growth & Development – Build self-esteem, communication, and leadership skills that will benefit them for life.
